This was an Easter ceilidh in the Easdale Island Community Hall, North Argyll.
I (Stephen) lived on Easdale Island for 11 years until only a few weeks ago, so it was a wee bit strange to go back and play for a dance (which i have done often) but not as a resident. This ceilidh was for a wedding in The Ardanaiseig Hotel, Kilchrenan, Argyll.

This dance (in The Victory Hall, Benderloch, Argyll) was a bonfire night celebration for some of the members of the Caledonian Harley Davidson Club although it was open to the public. The organisers were very friendly and we were invited for dinner before the gig. Everyone then went off to the beach for some fireworks, unfortunately the weather was miserable. Continue reading »
